We will have a rare opportunity to listen to Moldavian music on Friday in Zlati zob, when Fanfara Coplexa will appear in Slovenija for the first time.
We have no idea what do Hungary and Moldavia have in coment, nore why did this group of jolly Hungarians decided to play Moldavian music. We will ask them of course, as soon we meet them, but till then here is some info about the band.
The group plays traditional Moldavian folk dance music. They added a saxophone to the traditional list of instruments (flute, lute and drum). This instrument is becoming more and more popular in the territories, where this music is coming for.
The group has been on manny tours, which have taken them to remote and exotic places like China and Kurdistan. This will be their Slovenian premiere!
The leader of the band Peter Bede is also a member of bands BeshoDrom and Balogh Kálmán Gipsy Cimbalom Band.
