This week will be a good week for all the Balkan beats music fans. The pioneer of so called Balkanbeats, Robert Šoko is coming to town. He started playing this kind of sets years ago. It was not as popular as it is today, but his Balkan heart missed a bit of Balkan temperament and energy in cold Berlin, and so - step by step - Balkanbeats were born. What Goran Bregović did for the Gipsy music in general, Šoko did for this kind of music becoming popular in bars and clubs. Others followed and now you can find a Balkan beat DJ under every rock. But this time we'll have an opportunity to check out Mr. Balkanbeats himself, accompanied by Haris Pilton. The event will take place this Thursday in Kino Šiška.
Also not to miss, is the Friday concert of Kiril Džajkovski. Kiril Džajkovski is a musician, composer and producer. This days he and his band are one of the hottest, well kind of Gipsy Jungle sounds, in the world. He already made Križanke dance in the summer, this time we'll dance, jump and sing along in Cvetličarna. Enough of words. To get an idea of what's about to hit you, check out the videos bellow. Let the show begin...
