The last concert in the Francetov pomladni tris cycle was a bit of a surprise for all off us. A new band, called Koza-Riba was the guest of the evening and they brought us a breeze of fresh sound. Actually nothing we wouldn't hear before; a bit of jazz, a bit of world music from Brazil, to Africa and Balkans. But they do combine it in a very nice and listenable way. The author of the music and the guitarist of the band Bor Zakonjšek has the most credit for that, but all the other members contribute just as much. Especially the young and talented singer Jana Beltran. Even with a bit of cold she moved us with her incredible voice and lyrics. The band has only been together for three months, but you couldn't tell it from the relaxed and well-synchronised performance. We have a feeling we'll hear about this one again!
