The creative forces in youth club C.M.A.K. have gathered their strenghts yet again to organize the 13th Cmakanje festival in Cerkno. The festival brings a fruitful and diverse programme, with lots of concerts, The Book of an Artist exibition, performances, animation and audio workshops and more.
What interests us the most is the music of course. Macedonian group Conquering Lion openned the festival last weekend, but the concert peak is actually still to come, with ten groups from Slovenia and abroad taking over the stage on Friday and Saturday. To name a few: Zastava, Bilk, Disco'n'action, Wiremayer & the Cableheads, Wattican Punk Ballet. Last but not least W. G. (My Hell Jackson) will make sure you dance till you drop with some jungle and drum'n'bass sounds. And one more good news: all the events are free of charge!
